New Patient Acupuncture Consult + Treatment

Your first appointment will be approximately 90 minutes. It includes an overall health history, an understanding of your daily lifestyle, any concerns or questions you may be bringing with you, followed by your first acupuncture treatment.

Follow- up Acupuncture Treatment

All subsequent acupuncture treatments will be 45 minutes

Massage Therapy 55 minutes
​
By utilizing firm to deep pressure massage therapy techniques and incorporating warm towels this treatment will address areas of physical discomfort and create full body relaxation.

Massage Therapy 85 minutes
​
Utilizing firm to deep pressure massage therapy techniques and incorporating warm towels this treatment will address multiple areas of physical discomfort as well as create full body relaxation.

Pre & Post Natal Massage 55 minutes
​
As a certified pre & post natal massage therapist I am able to address those aches and pains that can accompany any pregnancy. Knowledgeably utilizing techniques to decrease stress and relieve tension that will benefit both mother and baby.

Pre & Post Natal Massage 85 minutes

Cupping
Cupping therapy brings qi into the area of concern as well as stimulates the lymphatic system. It is great at relieving sore muscles especially back and neck pain, and can clear congestion in the chest produced by the common cold.

2 warm back stones may be added to a massage to relieve specific areas of tension
